I host webinars in my EarthBased Mindfulness series. One of my great passions is the labyrinth, an the ancient walking meditation path and am an accredited Veritatas Labyrinth facilitator.  At The Western Sydney University and Campbelltown Hospital I hold positions as multi-faith chaplain and pastoral care support worker.  I care very deeply about the earth and how we live on , and with the planet. I regularly attend & hold workshops and events that celebrate and explore this relationship.  I am so excited to be able to offer the IMTTA course through the Meditation Teacher Training College - because I have seen how meditation changes lives one breath at a time.

  Sarah Gillett   Sarah has been meditating for 25 years, having been introduced to yoga and guided visualisation while in high school. Her early experiences led her to explore a range of personal development and healing modalities. The mainstays of her meditation and health practices are mindfulness meditation, Qigong, Tai Chi, music, dance and exploring family story-lines.  A certified Meditation Teacher, Chair Yoga Instructor and Holistic Counsellor, Sarah is also an accredited Chakradance Facilitator. Sarah teaches regular meditation classes for children, adolescents and adults at The Meditation Space and in her local community. Her other areas of work include a teaching role with Primary Ethics and Community Fundraising & Event Coordination and Volunteer Management in the NFP sector.  Sarah is passionate about teaching and helping people reach their potential.
